A french dessert consisting of crêpes with beurre Suzette, a sauce of caramelized sugar and butter, tangerine or orange juice, zest, and grand marnier, triple sec or orange curaçao liqueur on top, prepared in a tableside performance, flambé.
A sweet dessert consisting of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, sugar, crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or sometimes sponge cake.
Coffee-flavoured Italian dessert made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.
